Processing fee

A passenger normally pays a percentage processing fee when they use a debit or credit card to pay for their taxi journey. The CabCard system automatically calculates this against the value of their fare. This is applied in a similar way to booking online for an airline ticket, train journey or when using a ticket booking agency.
