Transport for London TPH Approved

Since 2008, CabCard has had approval from Transport for London TPH allowing deployment of their secure, mobile card payment systems and terminal hardware for use in all London taxis. This includes approved cab signage that can be displayed on and in London cabs informing the public of the 'on board' chip & PIN payment facilities available.

The TfL TPH is respected by all regional Taxi Licensing Authorities as the authoritative licensing organisation in the UK. As such, many UK Licensing Authorities have accepted this approval as sufficient for their own local requirements.

Taxi drivers have the added confidence that CabCard’s mobile payment processing system is fully UK bank accredited for the acceptance and processing of credit and debit cards.
